Super B uses a customer portal (JIRA) to track and file customer requests. It is a simple and easy to use portal where customers can navigate and search for request types, knowledgebase articles, and view all the service desks they have access to. The Super B customer portal is not for end-users. Only B2B clients can use this platform for requests.
For those who want to learn more, you can request a dedicated dealer training.Content: We offer specialised training for our customers interested in performing an in-depth analysis of our batteries via an advanced monitoring kit. This hands-on training will teach you how to handle this monitoring kit, and how to correctly interpret the data.
In addition, we will teach you directly how to handle the customer portal so that you can consult us immediately in case of doubt. This training is by request only.
The training can be adapted to your needs. An application engineer will contact you for further coordination. Commercial terms will be determined as a result of this conversation, as they depend on your potential, your expectations/desires for the training, the number of participants and the location.
