AmaDouro River Cruise

AmaDouro in Portugal. Yet another Hybrid River Cruise.

Hybrid river cruise AmaDouro was built by Shipyard West Sea in Viana do Castelo in Portugal.

The sytem integration of the electrial system was done by Eaton Industries and included 2 lithium battery systems of 80kWh. The total lithium battery system includes 2x 39 Nomia 12V160Ah LiFePO4 batteries.

The main purpose of the battery system is to enable electrical parking of AmaDuoro on both sides of the Douro river. This equals 250 kW for 30 minutes.
