SolarCat is an electric passenger catamaran with an integrated solar power plant, which is characterized by energy self-sustainability of navigation. It obtains all the necessary energy from its own sources and thus represents a significant technological breakthrough from conventional vessels.

Solar energy is made available by storage in Super B Nomia lithium batteries.
