Super B uses Jira’s customer portal to track and file customer requests. It is a simple, easy to use portal where customers can navigate and search for request types, knowledgebase articles, and view all the service desks they have access to. The Super B Jira platform is not for end-users. Only B2B clients can use this platform for requests.

We can give you direct remote support via Teamviewer. To be able to offer you this service, it is first of all necessary that your lithium battery (pack) is connected to your computer with the Monitoring Kit. Next, download Teamviewer via this link, so we can start the remote support.
