Super B products are supported by a worldwide distributor network. We provide our distributors and dealers with training and resources so that they can give you superb support. We want you to have a great experience with our lithium batteries. If your distributor or dealer is unable to assist you, they will contact us for the necessary information.

Jira Customer Portal
Super B uses Jira’s customer portal to track and file customer requests. It is a simple, easy to use portal where customers can navigate and search for request types, knowledgebase articles, and view all the service desks they have access to. The Super B Jira platform is not for end-users. Only B2B clients can use this platform for requests.

Teamviewer - Super B remote support
We can give you direct remote support via Teamviewer. To be able to offer you this service, it is first of all necessary that your lithium battery (pack) is connected to your computer with the Monitoring Kit. Next, download Teamviewer via this link, so we can start the remote support.
