PSIRT - Vulnerability reporting

The Super B Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is the central point of contact for external security researchers, partners, and customers to report cybersecurity information related to products developed by Super B.

Please note: as the Super B PSIRT, we are responsible for cybersecurity-related vulnerabilities in Super B products.

If your query or request concerns quality, warranty, or functionality issues in Super B products, please visit: https://www.super-b.com/support

Why report vulnerabilities?

Responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities has longer-term benefits because it allows us to fix vulnerabilities, inform customers about fixes, and continuously improve security in our products. How to report a security vulnerability?

If you believe that you have identified a potential security vulnerability or incident related to a Super B website, Super B product, or a data protection issue, please proceed as follows and choose the appropriate way to contact us. The Super B PSIRT encourages responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities with a view to the longer-term benefits they bring in terms of fixed vulnerabilities, better-informed customers, and continuous improvement of our security.

For website or product vulnerabilities, please report the following information:

- Affected product, including model and firmware version (if available), or URL address for website vulnerabilities.
